Store2Go ("we", "us" or "our") is a trading name of Revo Limited. The following are terms of a legal agreement between the registered member ("you" or "your") and us.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions applicable to you for use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains of http://www.store2go.net (the "Site"). If you do not agree to be bound by this terms and conditions, you may not use or access our services. This contract shall be governed by English Law and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. Acceptance of these terms and conditions does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Subscription

Subscription is required for all ecommerce web hosting packages we offered on the Site. You must enter a Store ID, your personal information and some business details to complete the registration, and responsible for all actions taken under that Store ID. You shall not transfer or sell your Store ID to any other person.

Content

We do not allow any type of programs, software, or MP3 files on our server. Also hot linking is not allowed. Your account will be revoked immediately and no refund will be made. Legal action may be taken if any of the following activities occur:

• Pornography & Adult Content - Sites contain any nudity, web cams or links to pornographic sites.
• Child Pornographic Related - no child pornography of any kind is tolerated.
• Software and Music Piracy related
• Sites that Promote Hatred, Racism or Religious Persecution.
• Hacking Related - Any product or service enabling circumvent locks, programming codes or security features.
• "Money Making Schemes", e.g. Matrix, Multi-level Marketing, Get-Paid-for-Surveys, Home Mailing etc.
• Anything related to illegal activity - Firearms, Ammunition, High Capacity Magazines, Air Guns
• Alcoholic Beverages, Tobacco Products or Tobacco Substitutes.
• Prescription Drugs,Controlled Substances, Unapproved Drugs.
• Any site with a Lottery, Raffle, or Contest.

We reserved the rights to terminate any store hosting accounts, if we believe you have misuse the service we provide or we have received a number of complaints about your store activities.

Disk Space & Bandwidth Allocation

Your web space may only be used for hosting images and files to be used with your web store. Depending on hosting package you choose, we allots up to 1000 MB disk space to each web store for product images and files storage. Should you reach the allotted disk space, you cannot upload further images or files until you deleted/removed excess images you hosted with us.

Backups

You are responsible to do all back ups of your online store information. In the event that unrecoverable error to the hosting server, we do not held liable in any way for any files, data, money, time, effort etc lost due to this unfortunate event.

Refund

We offer 30-days money back guarantee on your first registration. If you do not satisfy with our services within the first 30 days, please contact us for a refund. Refund will be made to the payment method you paid us. After this initial 30-days trial period, no refund will be available.

Termination of Account

Cancellations of accounts by any means will result in loss of data you stored on our server, including images, data and sales record. After the initial 30 days trial period, we will not refund payments for services terminated or cancelled. If you have terminated the account and decided to rejoin us again in the future, you may not able to use the same Store ID again, as every Store ID is unique in our system.

We reserved the rights to terminate any Free store hosting accounts which is non-active for more than 6 months.

Relationship Between Store2Go and You

We are not a payment service provider and will not ask for Credit or Debit card details or process any online or offline transactions. Instead, we provide a venue (your ecommerce store) which features facilities for you to sell and buyers to buy items or services and transfer the buyers to the payment service provider. We have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items selling or services provided by you at your online store, and the truth or accuracy of the item descriptions. We are not responsible for ensuring that you and your buyers actually complete a transaction.

Identity Verification

We do not verify the accuracy of the information you provided to us, because user verification on the Internet is difficult. By using this Site, you and your customers agree to accept such risks and agree that we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the use of the Site.

Instability of the Internet

The Internet is an inherently unstable medium. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and accept no responsibility in respect of such interruptions or errors. We do not guarantee that this site will operate either fully or in part on any specific computer equipment or in any specific software or that it is free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology.

We use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information on this site, but make no warranties or representations of any kind as to the accuracy of such information.
