How long will delivery take?
Items are despatched normally within 48 hours of payment. Length of shipping usually depends on destination.

Where are you based?
We are based in Lincolnshire, United Kingdom but we do ship worldwide.

Do you have a shop we can visit?
No, the Vintage Toybox is an internet toy shop. We do not have premises due to the high overheads.

Do you accept Credit/Debit Cards?
We only accept credit/debit card payments through Nochex and PayPal.

Do you accept cash payments?
We do accept payments in pounds sterling. This must be sent by registered post, please contact us if you wish to pay by this method we will then confirm your order and put the item on hold for you.

Do you accept cheques?
We only accept cheques & postal orders in pound sterling. Please contact us if you wish to pay by this method, stating the item you wish to purchase and your location.

Are your goods new or used?
As we are a collectables site most of our items have been used unless otherwise stated. The condition of an item can be found in the item description. If you would like futher details then please contact us.

What should I do if I think my parcel is lost in the post?
All UK deliveries are sent by recorded delivery so should be easy to trace. In the event of your parcel not been delivered please contact us via our email form. Deliveries to overseas destinations can take time, if you require a tracking number please select "International Signed For" postage option on the checkout page.

I need my item in a hurry!
If you need an item in a hurry please contact us prior to purchase and we will try to get the item to you ASAP. The item can be sent by "Special Delivery" but there is an extra postal charge for this.

The item that I wish to purchase is not on the online shop.
Not all our board games are listed on our online shop as this stock changes often. If an item appears on the "A-Z of Games" page but not on our online shop please contact us for the item details. In most cases these games are still available for purchase we just simply haven't had the time to list them. Details, description & images can be sent on request.

Can I buy more than one copy of an item?
No, as our items are collectibles we usually only have ONE copy of each item listed.

Can I "Reserve" an item?
Items can be "Reserved" for up to a period of 10 days. If payment has not been received within this period the item will be relisted.

I have a toy/game for sale, would you be interested?
We are always interested in purchasing your toys/games. Unfortunately due to postage cost we only buy in bulk (4+ items). Toys & Games must be in good condition, complete and in working condition. If you have items for sale please contact us through our contact form stating item description & condition. We only buy in items located in the UK due to high postage costs.
