Postage and Packaging
The costs involved for the processing and shipping of goods ordered on UltimateStorage.com vary between different products and configurations. Please add all items required to your basket to confirm total shipping costs involved for the products that you require.

UltimateStorage.com uses Royal Mail and standard UK Courier Services. UltimateStorage.com only ship goods to UK and Ireland address's.

Returns Policy
In line with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, UltimateStorage.com provides a comprehensive seven working day returns policy on purchases, and will provide a full refund or replacement for defective or significantly not as described goods. If you wish to return any product within 7 days of purchase from UltimateStorage.com, subject to our standard terms of service please contact us using our standard contact form, stating your original order no, product details, serial numbers and the reason for the return. Our customer service department will then contact you either by telephone or email with a Returns Authorisation number and details on where to return the goods.
