I have a hard drive failure, what do I do ?
If you have an UltimateStorage.com on-site maintenance agreement on the product simply use our standard contact form to contact us and we will arrange the rest for you. If your product is not covered by any maintenance agreement, please visit the Technical Support section of our website and check the warranty status of your hard drive with the appropriate manufacturer. The manufacturer of the hard drive will deal with the replacement / exchange of the hard drive directly.
