For merchants/sellers, Nochex Merchant Account offer a lower transaction fee as compared to other service provider, such as PayPal and Worldpay. On the other hand, Nochex Seller Account guaranteed payments you received, so you have no need to worry about "fraudulent" transactions being claimed back from you. They cover all that risk for you. When someone send you a payment, the money is instantly moved from the payer bank account/credit card/Nochex account into your Nochex account.
