Order and Payment

How It All Works !

1 - Browse our website, choosing your products and adding them to your cart. Remember to check any options or upgrades (eg. Paper Weights etc.) 2 - Proceed to checkout and pay for your items. 3 - Make a note of your order number displayed on the order confirmation screen. 4 - Submit your artwork to us (see artwork guidelines in our FAQ section) in one of the following ways.  

By Email: Send an email to web@turboprint.co.uk with your order number or name as the subject line.  

By Our Easy Uploader - click here

By FTP Server: Using your internet browser, navigate to ftp://turboprint.no-ip.org and login using Username - turboprint and Password - turboprint. You should see a folder called Turbo FTP. Copy and paste, or drag and drop your file to this folder. If you are using this method to send us your file, we advise you include the order number as part of the file name (ie. 080322-11658 Canvas.jpg).  

Send Your Artwork By Post: If you prefer you can send us your artwork by CD/ DVD to Turbo Print Ltd, 21 Canterbury Road, Whitstable, Kent. CT5 4HJ At anytime, you can check our website under 'Track Order' to check the status of your order. Once your order status is updated to processing, it means your artwork has been received and accepted.  

Postage and Packaging

Upon sucessful completion of your online order, you will shortly after receive an email, confirming payment has accepted etc. We will also email you with an indication as to when your order will be ready for dispatch. This is normally the next working day after placing the order, however this is subject to stock and workload etc. Should you have a specific deadline then please feel free to let us know either before ordering or once your order has been placed, and we will aim to meet it.

Shipping Options

1 - Local Collection or Delivery

Depending on your location, you can collect the items at no cost, or we will deliver free of charge the items to Whitstable, Herne Bay, Canterbury, Faversham and other areas within a similar radius.

2 - Royal Mail Special Delivery

A cheaper alternative to couriers, whilst retaining the option to track your order. Charged at £2.50 plus 2% of your total order value.

3 - Courier Delivery

Standard next day courier delivery, charged at £10.00 plus 3% of order value. (Please note the next day service, will be next working day after your work has been finished, which is not necessarily the next day after ordering.

4 - Special Offer Free Delivery

At certain times, we may offer free delivery on all products on our website or a selection of items, if so select this option for free delivery. Please note if this option is selected on non special offer orders, items will not be dispatched until the correct carriage charges have been received.
