Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Most orders will be dispatched by the end of the following working day from when the item(s) are ordered, but during busy times orders can take slightly longer. If you have a particular deadline to meet, then please let us know and we will do everything in our power to meet it.

What file formats can you accept?
We prefer print ready files such as PDF, EPS, AI but will take pretty much anything from MS Office documents, JPG, TIFF and more. Please feel free to give us a call if you require help with file formats

Can I see a proof of my print before going ahead?
Yes - We can supply a PDF soft proof, or if necessary a hard copy proof for you to check over before pressing the GO button. Simply state your requirements when ordering

Where are you based?
We are based in the Kent seaside town of Whitstable, where we have a shop front.

Are there any special conditions for schools, charities, and government organisations?
Schools, Charities, and Government organisations automatically qualify for a minimum 10% discount, and 30 day credit terms subject to a signed Purchase Order being provided for each order - contact us for more details.

What equipment do you use?
We use a full range of equipment including Epson Stylus Pro Large Format Printers, Roland Solvent Large Format Printers, Vinyl Cutters, Dye Sublimation Printers and Konica Minolta, Canon and Develop Digital Press Printers. All equipment is fully serviced and calibrated, driven with professional RIP software for colour accuracy and exceptional quality print.

Do you offer account facilities?
We are happy to offer account facilities (subject to status), please contact us if you would like to benefit from credit terms?

Is Artwork included in these prices?
Prices shown are inclusive of what we call straightforward artworking. This can include laying out a banner or business card for somebody or coming up with logo ideas. However for more complicated jobs we may have to charge a nominal fee to cover time and expense for design work. Or if necessary we can put you on to one of our design partners if you are looking for a major overhaul of company image of design. We are always happy to discuss in more detail what your requirements may be and will always advise any charges that may be necessary upfront.

Do you offer a full design service?
We are happy to provide a full design service, from our free 'pagesetting' service right through to design agency sytle design or rebranding. Please contact Matt for more details.
