We also accept cheque and postal order payments, please email in advance to notify us of this.

Small items, such as dummies and duvets, are shipped via 1st class Royal Mail usually within 48 hours of cleared payment.
Larger items are shipped by courier, we will contact you to advise you of delivery times upon recieving your order.
All products are subject to availability from our suppliers as we do not hold the larger items in stock.
All shipping costs are for UK Only - If you want a product delivered overseas then you must email me to check the price before buying. Due to some of our items being large and heavy certain items cannot be shipped overseas as it would not be cost effective

Returns Policy Refunds are given for items that are damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact tiddlywinksuk@tiscali.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.
Returns will be collected and sent back to the supplier for inspection.
Returns must be made within 7 days.
Unfortunately we will not accept returns if you have changed your mind about the purchase.
