We accept payments via our secure Shopping Cart facility using Pay-Pal.
We will also accept postal payment by cheque or Postal Order.
If you are paying by cheque or Postal Order please email us via the Contact Page and detail the item you wish to purchase, the reference number and the price. Your item will be reserved for you for 7 'working' days. Send your cheque or postal order within this time to avoid your item being taken off reserve. Goods will be dispatched within 3 'working' days of cleared payment.

Use this section for information about the terms and conditions that govern your use of the site. You will also find information on orders and returns, your privacy and your security. If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail or phone.
Complete satisfaction promise, Rojeans are a trading style of Rojeans Crystal. We guarantee your total satisfaction with our products and services, excluding personalised items. Please note exact colour match cannot be guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, simply call within 7 days and return the goods to us.
Contract sale The advertising of products on this site is an 'invitation to treat'. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Rojeans, so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email dispatched once credit card authorisation / payment has been confirmed. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Rojeans on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Rojeans will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of them.
Receipt of order Rojeans must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card / payment has been authorised and stock is checked, please keep this receipt for your records. In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfill an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts. Rojeans reserves the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.
Returning a product If you need to return an item purchased online, e-mail us at sales@rojeans.co.uk or call us on +44 ( 0 ) 151 7072973. You will need to have your original credit card and reference numbers (if issued with one) handy for this call and we will need to talk to the person who bought the item (so if you e-mail us please also leave a contact number).
Return (in the original packaging if possible) to Rojeans. A refund will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, we will contact you. Cancellations and exchanges If you realised you made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us. Since we ship quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions for 'Returning a Product' in those instances. Exchanges work in the same way. It will be faster to re-order a product rather than send it back for an exchange, so please follow the above instructions while you order the product you would like instead.
We realise this means two transactions on your credit card but feel it is faster for you to get the product you ordered.
Defective and damaged items If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.

If you're worried about security over the Internet, then please contact us by phone. Your details and data Your privacy as an individual and as a customer is important to us, so we don't use the information you provide on this site to learn any more about you other than what is required to fulfill your orders or offer you services such as new alerts or reminder services.
Email usage. Rojeans uses your email address as a convenient way to contact you about your order or any reminder service you have. From time to time, we may update you on relevant Rojeans site or new gift news, but only with your permission. We will not pass your details on to any other relevant third parties that we think you may be interested in if you have requested us not to do this.
Disclaimer. Rojeans works to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused, incorrect prices or information. If you are not satisfied with the site, then please email us with your comments. However, your only legal recourse is to stop using the site.
