Order and Payment
How to order

Step 1: Please add the products you would like to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout and selected your perferred payment.

Step 2: After completing your order please now send to us any photo or message along with your requiements that you would like to be printed on your products, by using our personalised form on our homepage under store info or when at the checkout. Please include your order number when sending your photo and message to us.

Please fill in a personalised form for each gift that you purchase from us, including your order number from checkout in each form.

Payment Method

You can pay safely with all major credit / debit cards, mastercard, maestro, visa, and by direct debit. Just select paypal and follow the on screen instructions. You don't even need a paypal account, its easy!. We also have the option of paying by cheque or postal order. Simple select your preferred payment method from the drop down menu when at the checkout. Products will be dispatched once payment has been cleared.

Postage and Packaging
All products are sent within 7 working days once payment has been received through Royal Mail (UK).

Currently we only offer delivery to UK Mainland areas only.

Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase within 7 days after the day of delivery. We will accept returns within 14 days, however to exercise this right you must notify us in writing, (email or letter) within those 14 days.

No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for products that have been personalised, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.

Customers are responsible for paying any postage or delivery costs incurred when returning the product.

Subject to the above, we will refund the purchase price of a returned product within thirty days of receiving written notification of your intention to return the product. Refunds will be given once the product has been returned to us.

Returning your products to us: Please use the online contact form to notify us of your intention to return your product. Send all returns including your order number and your reason for returning the product to our address: Precious Prezzies, Oak Close Cottage, Bradninch, Exeter, Devon, EX5 4LX.
