Order and Payment
o Orders are placed through the website or by post.
o No order is despatched until payment has cleared and been paid in full.
o During this time all goods remain the property of Planet Guinea.
o Payment can be made via Paypal, cheque or postal order.
o Currently orders are sent second class. Contact us to arrange first class delivery.
o Proof of posting is always obtained but once the parcel/packet leaves us we have no control over what happens to them. We can provide you with the proof of posting if you wish to reclaim your packet. We will only replace products once we have been reimbursed for the loss.
o Package and posting is included in the cost of the product. Contact us if your order is over £20 you MAY qualify for a reduction. No extra costs will be added at the end of your transaction.

Postage and Packaging
o All postage and packing costs are included in the cost of the product.
o Items are sent second class unless otherwise requested, there will be a small charge if you wish your items to go first class.
o Our items are sent using Royal Mail.
o Claims for lost/damaged items are to be made by the customer to Royal Mail, Planet Guinea will provide you with the relevant proof of posting/receipts.
o Seeds are sealed in a resealable, labelled bag contained in a Jiffy bag
o Hints and tips sheets are enclosed.

Returns Policy
o We hope you will be satisfied with our product. In the event of wishing to return an item we will do our best to provide an alternative or refund your money (PAYPAL TRANSACTIONS ONLY).
oPlease return the unused and unopened goods to us and obtain a proof of posting. Planet Guinea cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
