Order and Payment
I accept personal cheques from UK residents only, PayPal, Credit and Debit cards and postal orders. At the moment via Nochex I can only receive payments from UK issued cards.

Cheques and Postal orders are to be made payable to Mrs Natalia Matveyev and sent to the following address

Postage and Packaging
FREE on all UK shipments.

International customers are charged 3 pounds sterling per order for handling.

Note. It is customer responsibility to insure shipping especially collages as they are heavy and can be damaged during transportation because of nature of resin.

Returns Policy
In the rare event that a customer should wish to return an item they must first contact me via email stating reason for return and whether they require a refund.

Refunds will only be given if the item varies greatly from the design brief, description and photographs on the site OR if the item is seriously damaged through no fault of the customer's own.

Postage costs for returns will be met by customer.
