Order and Payment

Postage and Packaging
Where possible all items will be sent out using the royal mail Airpack packaging system which are bubble packs that are water resistant and self-sealable. This is a Royal Mail international express service with electronic track and trace.

Postage charges are calculated as a percentage of your order and will be shown at the checkout.

Returns Policy
What happens if you have a change of mind regarding your order? You can cancel the order up to 7 days from requesting. Just email me (see below) and let me know that you wish to cancel the order quoting the order number.

Once despatched and for whatever reason you need to return it then return postage must be paid by you and the garment returned in a re-saleable and un-used condition. Your payment (including original postage cost) will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned item. I would suggest that returns are posted whereby you can track the item and insured against any loss or damage.
