Ordering/Pricing and Availability

Ordering is simple, simply click add to cart button. This will take you to the checkout page where you are able to check your order, enter your country of destination and amend quantities.

Please ensure you have read and understood the product descriptions before agreeing to purchase. All products will remain the property of Moondust and Angels until full and clear funds have been accepted by us.

Occasionally items may be delayed and rarely may be out of stock, Moondust and Angels will in no way be responsible for delayed orders

All orders that have been cancelled by us will be refunded in full.

All our goods are sold subject to availability

Availability and prices can be subject to change without prior notice, therefore we are unable to guarantee the same price for subsequent purchases.

If a product is out of stock we will inform you immediately and issue a full refund.

We take great care to enter our descriptions of products accurately and to illustrate them with good quality photographs, the item may appear bigger than actual size in some cases, this is to ensure full details are as visible as possible

Payment Methods

We accept credit card payments, Paypal payments and UK cheques and Postal orders

Credit cards are processed through our preferred payment gateway Paypal

Please note that you DO NOT need a Paypal account to pay with your credit card using Paypal, you will be transferred to the Paypal website with is SSL encrypted and there will have the option to either enter your credit card details or enter your Paypal password.Cheques and Postal Orders (UK only) should be made payable to W Lane

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours

At times orders may take up to 14 days to arrive however you will be informed at all times by email of the status of your order

We offer several shipping options, however if you do not see a preferred option please contact us so that we can arrange this for you.

If you wish to place an order with a shipping option that is NOT included at checkout please email us with details of the product and preferred shipping and we will send an invoice so that you can pay offline.

It is very rare for a product to arrive damaged, however in the rare event you do receive a damaged item please contact us within 24 hours and we will issue a returns form.

Returns

We offer a no quibble money back guarantee up to 14 days after you have received your order

All we ask is that the item is returned undamaged in it's original packaging if possible

We will need to know:

1.The reason for return

2.Your order number

3.If you wish to receive a replacement or alternative product, a credit note or a refund

Shipping costs are not included in refunds

Items which do not qualify for refunds are pierced earrings, made to order products like our willow wands and altar boards

We NEVER have access to your credit card information.
