What if An Item is Damaged?
Aswell as a no quibble money back guarantee on goods returned within 7 days of purchase, we also offer a replacement or refund on damaged goods. We ask that you let us know within 24 hours of receipt of the item and send us photographic evidence wherever possible of the damage. Please read our terms and conditions for details.

Why Do I Have To Register?
The good news is that you don't have to register. The information we ask for once you have completed checkout is only that which is necessary to fulfil your order. We ask for your name, your postal address, your email address and your telephone number. Your telephone number is used only if there is a problem with your order and if we cannot contact you by email. Your information is not stored or shared with third party companies unless specifically related to your order for example we have a number of hand crafted products on our site which are specially made for our customers, they are usually sent on our behalf the artist or craftsperson. Postal Charges
We will post all orders as soon as possible after orders are processed, we will issue you with an order tracking number which can be tracked on our site. Delivery is normally within 2-4 days depending on the product and stock status. Certain items are subject to special orders or back orders and this will be clearly highlighted in the product description. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order a full refund will be issued. Due to recent postal charge increases within the UK we have unfortunately had no option but to increase our charges. The charges made are still extremely good value for money and highly competetive. Many of our products are qualify for FREE delivery to UK mainland subject to weight and other factors. We still offer excellent shipping rates to USA and Canada etc.

How To Use Our Site
Once you have found the category you want you will notice at the top of the product page that there are options you can click on, for example 'A-Z' and 'Z-A' or 'Price Highest' or 'Price Lowest' if you click on any of these links it will automatically list all the products in that category alphabeticaly or you can click on lowest or highest price and this will list all the products in that category according to price. if you have any questions we haven't answered do get in contact with us and we will be only too pleased to help.

What Is the Easist Way To Find What I'm Looking for?
Well, usually we have to admit it would be by typing the word in the search bar however this can be misleading, so the best possible way is to search by category -the categories sometimes have sub headings which you can click on for example under 'Fairies' the sub headings include, Fairy Mobiles, Dream and Night Fairys, Elves and Pixies, Fairy Tribes, and under Jewellery there are several sub headings -just look down the left hand side in the index -any difficulties do not hesitate to contact us
