How to Order
To place an order, browse through the site and select the items that you would like to purchase by clicking "Add to Cart". You can click on "View Shopping Cart" at anytime to update the contents of your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click "Checkout" to begin the checkout process.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards online through Paypal and Google Checkout. We also accept cheques and postal orders.
Trading Terms
These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Medusa's Cave site. By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and Payment
All prices are correct at the time of entering the relevant information. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice but this will not affect any confirmed orders.

If you select this option, your parcel should be with you 1-2 working days after your order has been despatched.
Europe
Airmail - International Signed-for
Cost subject to weight.
Delivery is approximately 4 to 8 working days.
Rest of the World.

Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
If you have been waiting more than 14 working days for your order, please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.
How are my shipping charges calculated?
The postage and packing charge varies depending on the weight of your order AND the size of the parcel as per Royal Mail's new "sizing" policy. This charge is calculated automatically as you add or remove item(s) from your shopping cart and you can view the amount on the “shopping cart” page under "shipping". Just choose a delivery option then the shipping calculator will automatically work out your shipping charge.
Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know! We do accept returns or exchanges for all items within 14 days of the shipping date. Please email us at sales@medusascave.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsiblity of customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
