Paypal is the preferred form of payment. If you choose to send a cheque or postal order, We cannot send out your item or begin work until the payment is received. If your payment is not received within 10 days of purchase, you will be contacted and your order may be cancelled.
Any quote provided is valid for 30 days. If you request a quote and do not purchase the items within 30 days, we will be happy to provide an up to date quote.
We will not begin your order until payment is made and has cleared through Paypal. Keep this in mind when choosing an ECheck through Paypal. EChecks usually take 3-4 business days to clear.
Postage and Packaging We ship pesonalised wedding stationery via Parcelforce Worldwide Delivery other craft items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class postage.
Custom printed items are shipped within 15 working days of final proof approval and when your payment has cleared through your choice of payment method
We will always ship to the paypal address given unless customers indicate otherwise. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided with payment. Items returned for an incorrect address will require additional postage paid by the customer.

Due to its customized nature, our personalised stationery products will not be refunded or exchanged. If the mistake is our fault, we will replace your order.
