Overseas Orders

PAYMENT / SHIPPING INFORMATION

o Orders received from outside the UK must be paid for using PayPal unless you have a UK bank account.
o Regular Airmail is used for orders outside the UK and we always obtain Proof of Posting.
o For orders outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for paying any additional charges / duties / taxes etc. Hogwarts Direct is only responsible for paying the postage costs.
o If an order is lost or damaged, Hogwarts Direct will put in a claim for compensation. UK Royal Mail do not consider that a parcel is "lost" until 25 days after posting so we CANNOT put in a claim or issue a replacement until this time has elapsed.
o Where the packet has been damaged, please let us know within 24 hours and keep the contents safe in case they need to be inspected.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders to Europe are usually delivered within 3-5 days of posting, and for the rest of the world, it takes 7-10 days, sometimes longer if the goods are held up, or opened by Customs / Security.


o PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ALSO PROVIDE US WITH A VAILD EMAIL ADDRESS - we will use the one provided on your PayPal account to send information to you.

o Due to postage costs customers in Austrilia we are only able to send certain items, please Contact Us if you have any questions.
