PERSONALISATION
So that your order can be processes as swiftly as possible Please ensure that you add the Names of the Bride & Groom & the wedding date in the "Custom Message Box" that is on each product page. If you require more space, or wish to make an adjustment to your order please use the box titled "Message To Seller" , that can be found at the end of the checkout.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A MINIMUM PRODUCT PURCHASE QUANTITY THAT APPLIES TO EACH PRODUCT.
ORDER PROCESSING & POSTAGE
P&P is calculated by weight. All personalised items are processed & dispatched within 10 working days of your cleared payment. All orders required before the 10 working day processing time require a rush order status & fee. This must be selected when you choose your shipping option. If this is not selected, then orders are processed within the otherwise stated processing times of 10 working days.
Please note all orders paid for by paypal's echeque system or personal cheque must have cleared before items can be dispatched. Clearing times for echeques can be up to 14 days. None Personalised items are normally dispatched within 2-3 workings days. Some larger orders may take a little longer, but you will always be informed if there is a delay.
