Order and Payment
Once you place your order we will contact you by email or telephone to confirm your wording. We will send you sample wording for you to use and a spreadsheet for you to complete your guest names and addresses as this is included in the price. You can pay by Cash, Cheque, Telephone Banking or Credit Card.

Postage and Packaging
Samples are Free
DIY CD Or Single cards are £0.70p
UK Orders
Orders Under £10 - £1.99
Orders £10 to £50 - £3.99
Orders £50 to £249.99 - £5.99
Orders over £250 are free

Returns Policy
We are unable to provide a refund on any personalised product.
However, if your goods are faulty or have been received in a damaged condition, please contact us to arrange for return and/or replacement of the goods.

Returns only accepted if goods are returned within 7 days.
