PAYMENT / SHIPPING INFORMATION
o Orders received from outside the UK must be paid for using PayPal unless you have a UK bank account.
o Regular Airmail is used for orders outside the UK and we always obtain Proof Of Posting.
o International Signed For service is available at extra cost so that you can track your order. Unless you choose this option, there is no way of tracking your order.
o For orders outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for paying any additional charges / duties / taxes etc. Gorgeous Guineas is only responsible for paying the postage costs.
o If an order is lost or damaged, Gorgeous Guineas will put in a claim for compensation. UK Royal Mail do not consider that a parcel is "lost" until 25 days after posting so we CANNOT put in a claim or issue a replacement until this time has elapsed.
o Where the packet has been damaged, please let us know within 24 hours and keep the contents safe in case they need to be inspected.
o For orders outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for paying any additional charges / duties / taxes etc. Gorgeous Guineas are only responsible for paying the postage costs from the UK to the destination country.
Orders to Europe are usually delivered within 3-5 working days of posting, and for the rest of the world, it usually takes around 7-10 working days, sometimes longer if the goods are held up, or opened by Customs / Security.
PLEASE NOTE: THE ROYAL MAIL DOES NOT CONSIDER ITEMS "LOST" UNTIL 25 DAYS AFTER POSTING.
o PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR EMAIL IS SET UP TO RECEIVE MAIL FROM firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can contact you. Recently we have had problems contacting customers where our emails have not got through because of Spam filters.
o PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ALSO PROVIDE US WITH A VAILD EMAIL ADDRESS so that we can send you updated for your order.
