Overseas Orders

PAYMENT / SHIPPING INFORMATION

o Orders received from outside the UK must be paid for using PayPal unless you have a UK bank account.
o Regular Airmail is used for orders outside the UK and we always obtain Proof Of Posting.
o International Signed For service is available at extra cost so that you can track your order. Unless you choose this option, there is no way of tracking your order.
o For orders outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for paying any additional charges / duties / taxes etc. Gorgeous Guineas is only responsible for paying the postage costs.
o If an order is lost or damaged, Gorgeous Guineas will put in a claim for compensation. UK Royal Mail do not consider that a parcel is "lost" until 25 days after posting so we CANNOT put in a claim or issue a replacement until this time has elapsed.
o Where the packet has been damaged, please let us know within 24 hours and keep the contents safe in case they need to be inspected.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders to Europe are usually delivered within 3-5 days of posting, and for the rest of the world, it takes around 7-10 days, sometimes longer if the goods are held up, or opened by Customs / Security.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ORDERS SHIPPING TO US / CANADA:

Because of issues with Product Liability Insurance, you will be asked to agree to a Disclaimer before we can ship your order. This will be emailed to you within in 1 working day of your order being placed. If you do not receive an email from us within 2 working days, please let us know. Please also check your Junk Mail / Spam folders in case it has ended up there.

You can also request a copy of the disclaimer by sending an email to:

If you do not agree with the Disclaimer, we will issue a full refund via PayPal.

o PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR EMAIL IS SET UP TO RECEIVE MAIL FROM info@gorgeousguineas.com so that we can contact you. Recently we have had problems contacting customers where our emails have not got through because of Spam filters.

o PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ALSO PROVIDE US WITH A VAILD EMAIL ADDRESS - we will use the one provided on your PayPal account to send information to you.
