Frequently Asked Questions Please refer to our FAQ page. Order and Payment Orders can be placed either through this website (paypal payment) or over the phone (credit card payment). Payment by cheque is an option but we always wait for fully cleared funds before posting products.
If you are outside the UK or in the Scottish Highlands and Islands please contact us for postage details before ordering to avoid delays in your order. Postage and Packaging Shipping Prices are clearly set out at checkout. We endeavour to ship all goods within two working days
1. Cleared funds are required prior to the dispatch of goods.
2. Postal insurance is not included - Please request separately
3. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery and signature.
4. Claims of damage to goods must be noted at the time of the delivery to the delivery person, and notified to EASI Trading Limited within 24 hours of receipt.
5. If you are buying from overseas or the Scottish Highlands and Islands please contact us before ordering to avoid delays in your order.
Returns Policy EASI Trading Limited acts in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2000 and the appropriate Trades Descriptions Acts.
As such we provide our customers with a 7 day cooling off period with all purchases. Should you be unhappy with your item you may return it provided that you notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the item within 28 days after the original 7. The item must be complete, in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
Should the goods be damaged on arrival to you then we will refund you the purchase price in full including postage and return postage to easiuk. We will also offer you a replacement at the same purchase price, you will however be liable for postage for the replacement.
Should you wish to return the goods for any other reason we will then refund you the original purchase price excluding postage to you and return postage. We also reserve the right to make a restocking charge of 10% of the purchase price.
We do not offer a warranty outside the period stated above.
