Do you accept credit or debit card payments?
We are able to accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, American Express & UK debit cards. Details are collected securely on-line - ALWAYS ensure that you see a padlock symbol when entering data.

I wish to pay by cheque or postal order - where do I send my payment?
Please select the "offline payment" option when completing checkout - our postal address will be provided as you complete this checkout process. Please print your order and send with your payment. Payment by cheque/postal order is only available to UK customers.

Do you ship to Europe or Overseas?
We welcome orders from overseas providing you are able to pay using your credit card: Mastercard, Visa or American Express.

How can I check the progress of my order?
You will receive an automated email when your order has been received by Cross Stitch Needle Shop. We use the "Track Order" facility on this website to keep you informed of the progress. If you have any queries after you have placed your order please use the "Contact Us" link quoting your order number.

What will I be charged for delivery?
At Cross Stitch Needle Shop we charge postage which is based on the weight/size of your purchase. The amount you will be charged for postage will be displayed when you select the "shipping method" during the checkout process.

I am purchasing from overseas - how do I know the price in my currency?
All prices are quoted in GBP and are charged in GBP to your credit card - we have provided a link to a currency converter on our home page which will provide you with a rough guide.

I would like to buy some needles but the combination I require is not shown as an option
Please select the "mix'n'match" Product Option and complete the checkout process - then please then send us an email via the "Contact Us" link quoting your order number and details of your requirements.
