Overseas Customers - we are able to accept payment via Mastercard / Visa / American Express.
UK Customers - if you would like to pay via PayOffline at your local Post Office or PayZone outlet please select the Cheque/Postal order option at checkout and add a note in the comments box asking for a PayOffline invoice.

Cross Stitch Needle Shop is operated by Busy Lizzie Crafts who are a well established small family business based in West Sussex in Southern England - our customer base is worldwide.
Cross Stitch Needle Shop operates as an internet mail order business - we do not have retail premises.
If you wish to contact us by telephone our number is 01273-252459 - an answermachine is available should we be unable to take your call. Please mention Cross Stitch Needle Shop, leave your name and 'phone number and we will call you back as soon as we can.

If you wish to contact us by email please use the "Contact Us" link at the top of the screen. Following issues with spam mail we do not now display our email address on this website.
Secure on-line payment facility - We use Protx and Streamline to process your card payments - you can purchase items in the knowledge that your card details are secure.
Payment- We are able to accept payment via Mastercard / Visa / American Express and all major UK debit cards. We do not see the details of your credit/debit card - the transaction is handled securely via Protx & Streamline. Your payment will show as Busy Lizzie Crafts on your bank or credit card statement.
If you wish to pay via PayPal please select Credit/Debit Card payment as you proceed through checkout - you will then see the PayPal option at the next screen.
We also accept payment via cheque or postal order from our UK customers......or if you would prefer to telephone us with your card details please let us know.
Privacy Policy - We respect your privacy and will not pass your details onto any third party unless we are legally obliged to. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
