DO WE COMBINE SHIPPING?
Yes we are more than happy to combine the shipping costs. You will only pay postage once. Our postal costs are £3.95 UK £4.95 Europe £7.95 USA and Asia

I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
Not a problem, you do not need to sign up to paypal to proceed, we are happy to accept cheques and postal orders. We also use google checkout and Nochex.

DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?
Yes we certainly do. We have many international customers.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
All our products are hand crafted so dispatch time may take up to 7 days. Your order status will change to dispatched. You will also be able to see the tracking number and keep track on it through Royal Mails website.

I THINK MY ORDER MAY BE 'LOST'
Please check on the 'Track Order' status first, if your order appears to have gone missing we will log it with Royal Mail on your behalf, If you still have not recieved it within 28 days we will refund in full.

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
We are very sorry to hear your product was damaged in transit, please return it and we will either replace or refund.

ARE THE CRYSTALS GENUINE?
We only use genune swarovski crystals, they shine like diamonds! Proof of the packaging can be emailed at request.

We would only be to happy to help. Please email me direct so we can discuss your needs. We have some pictures suitable for press release. Alternatively you can borrow a product for your own pictures.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
Yes you can, if it is a gift for someone we can gift wrap and send a hand wriiten card with it. We do not send to PO Box numbers.
