Order and Payment
For your safety and security, we use 'Paypal' and 'Google-Checkout' for all on-line payments. Both 'Paypal' and 'Google-Checkout' are recognised around the world as the top internet payment gateways.
We do not see your Credit / Debit card details.
Should you wish to pay via bank transfer, please contact us via the 'contact us' form.

For 'Free Delivery' within a 10 mile radius of B46, please select B46 at checkout.

Send your order details via the 'contact us' form and pay cash on delivery. Please state item number, description and quantity, along with your contact details and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to deliver to you. Evening and weekend local deliveries available.

Postage and Packaging
All orders are processed and despatched, normally next working day, but always within three working days, following receipt of order / payment.

UK Mainland and Islands & Northern Ireland:
Standard shipping costs (1st class & 2nd. class) only apply to goods despatched to above.

For Europe:
Please select 'Europe' for shipping cost.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive your goods damaged, please sign the carriers document as damaged. Should the external packaging not show evidence of damage, please notify both the carrier and ourselves within 24 hours of receipt, via writing or email. We will advise collection arrangements and you will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund for both goods and carriage.

Should you decide that you do not require the goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods, for a returns authorisation number. You will be entitled to a refund for the goods, but not the original postage cost. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to return the goods fully insured and trackable at buyers cost. Goods must not have been opened and must arrive back with us in a saleable condition.
