Postage and Packaging
Returns Policy Can i return my item if it doesnt fit?
You can; but we cannot refund you the postage, all returns must be sent within 7 days and by recorded delivery, and obviously must not have been worn .
What if you have sent me the wrong colour or size, or it was damaged?
Please contact us straight away, and then return the item straight away and we will give you a FULL refund or replace the item
What if it is a item we bought at a show or festival,and it didnt fit?
Any , items bought at the festivals need to be returned within that day/weekend for refunds or exchanges,and obviously unworn .
You are welcome to try the items on at the festivals, we have a changing room. .
Though if you need to contact me about any problems with items bought at the festivals then just mail or ring me ,and we can discuss the problem 01902 731668 OR BUGLOVE1302S@FSMAIL.NET;
What if I bought it at a market you attended?
Ring me on 01902 731668, we will discuss the problem with the item and arrange returning it , remember all packaging/labels must still be attached to the item in order for us to refund you .
