Who are we

CHILLED WORLD - are the designers and manufacturers of The Chill-hood. A unique hood, that can also be worn as a neck warmer or balaclava.

Originally designed for skiing, the Chill-hood is now loved by not just skiiers but also Snowboarders, horse riders and cyclists, people fishing, hiking and climbing. Dog Walkers wear them on cold winter walks, people who work outside find them essential.



The Ultimate Test

The Chill-hood has been tried and tested by members of the Armed Forces in extreme weather conditions. The balaclava was used on military exercise in Canada in temperatures of minus 20 and was given a glowing thumbs up.

Made in the UK

Many companies have moved their production to Asia and the Middle East for cheaper manufacturing in the search of higher profit, but this can mean compromising on quality. ALL OUR DESIGN AND PRODUCTION IS KEPT IN THE UK AND WE PROUDLY PUT OUR LABEL ON THE BACK OF EVERY HOOD.
