Where are you based?
We are based on the old RAF base at hemswell cliff midway between Lincoln and Scunthorpe in Lincolnshire.

Do you purchase items?
Yes we do but small items would have to be brought in, but we would visit for larger items within 20 miles. Please email photo and details.

Can I reserve an item we’ve seen on your site?
Yes but payment must be made within 7 days or the item will be relisted.

What do we do if an item we are looking for isn’t on your website?
Please leave your details and a description on our contact us page and we will be only to happy to help.

Do you accept cash on collection?
Yes but collection would need to within 7 days or prior arrangment made.

How long is it before items are dispatched?
That depends on the method of payment and the size of the item but normally 5-7 days.

Do you accept payments by card over the phone?
Yes we do - Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
